Maintenance and Grounds Keeper
Lake Cable, a beautiful lake community tucked away in Jackson Township, is looking for two seasonal crew members. Lake Cable is a social club that holds many weekend events and also caters to members and non-members during the week. Please see the following list of responsibilities.
-Bathroom cleaning and maintenance
-Beach sweeping
-Mowing and trimming
-Landscape Upkeep
-Dock Repair
-Dock Maintenance
-Clubhouse Janitorial Duties- Sweeping and Sanitizing
-Trash pick-up
-Buoy Maintenance
-Event Tear Down
Hours – Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
Saturday and Sunday- Every other weekend 7:30am-9:30am
Clean background, driver's license, good attitude, and self-motivation is required! Candidates with carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills will be hired in at an increased wage. You will be working closely with a team of 5, you must have good people skills and be friendly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
