The Wayfarer Restaurant is currently seeking a morning Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing team!
The AM Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the development and performance management of associates.
The hours for this position are Tuesday through Saturday 7am - 3pm.
Compensation & Benefits :
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal / state / local laws, and ordinances.
Ensure franchise inspection requirements are met.
Monitors restaurant guest satisfaction by walking floor and guest interaction.
Qualifica tions
Associate's degree from two-year college or technical school, or equivalent hotel and management experience.
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Restaurant experience preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving and PC skills will be required.
Food Handler Certification and OLCC.
We administer pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
