Rockin' R Search is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

Our client, a product manufacturer, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales activities, targeting potential business clients in the commercial sector, as well as managing and growing key client accounts. Your primary focus will be on generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our range of tire sealant products to companies seeking dependable tire maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound sales calls to potential business clients to introduce the company's tire sealant products and services.

· Manage and grow key client accounts by understanding their needs, offering customized solutions, and ensuring continuous client satisfaction.

· Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of their product line and its applications across various industries.

· Identify target clients in industries such as transportation, logistics, construction, and waste management, and develop strategies to engage them.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing top-tier sales service.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

· Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including specific goals for account growth.

· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in CRM system.

· Provide market feedback to the product development team to enhance our product offerings.

· Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions to stay informed on market trends and expand your professional network.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in outbound sales and account management, preferably in the automotive or related industries.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and account management skills.

· Strong ability to identify potential clients and engage existing clients effectively.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving sales goals.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Basic understanding of the tire maintenance industry is highly beneficial.

Education:

· Minimum of a high school diploma required
