Join our sweet team as a Warehouse Supervisor and be the heart of our confectionery manufacturing operation! As the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead a dynamic team, ensuring smooth operations and keeping our delicious treats flowing.

Here's what you'll do:

• Manage 2 to 4 Leads and indirectly supervise 5-12 hourly employees.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping, receiving dock scheduling, and forklift maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes to support production, shipping, and sales.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Uphold safety and quality standards, conducting regular audits to maintain excellence.
• Lead by example on the floor, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with various departments to meet production goals and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two - five years of warehouse experience and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in PC and Windows-based programs, including Excel and Word.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive a forklift or willingness to learn.
