I. Summary
The Lead Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for oversight of the Pressure Washing Technicians. Duties include planning and coordinating projects from start to finish, assigning team members to their respective locations, and maintaining accurate records of all work performed. This career requires two years of pressure washing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for operating pressure-washing equipment to thoroughly clean heavy equipment.
• Plans, coordinates, and oversees pressure-washing projects from start to finish.
• Allocates resources and assigns tasks to team members based on their skills and experience.
• Completes scheduled routes in a timely fashion while ensuring all equipment is cleaned properly.
• Conducts inspections before, during, and after projects to ensure quality and completeness.
• Maintains accurate records of work performed, including job sites, equipment cleaned, and any issues encountered.
• Performs minor maintenance on pressure washing equipment as needed.
• Adheres to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Responsible for operating utility truck with 16-foot trailer attached.
• Other job duties as assigned.

III. Required Skills / Abilities

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot pressure-washing equipment.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

IV. Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED-equivalent preferred.
• At least two years of pressure washing experience required.
• One to two years of experience driving a landscape trailer or similar vehicle.

V. Other Job Demands
Work is generally performed outdoors in all-weather elements such as hot, cold, rain, or snow and personal protective equipment is required. Working hours may vary and evening or weekend work may be required. You may be required to lift and carry light weight
