Rivetus Rehabilitation is Hiring a Program Administrator Near Camden, NJ

The Program Administrator works under the direct supervision of the Veteran Services Coordinator and works in collaboration with the SSVF Senior Case Managers and Outreach workers. This position is responsible for managing program files, check request packets and assisting with monthly and quarterly reports as necessary but is not limited to these duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Completes all paperwork and reports in a timely manner as required by supervisor and funding sources.
  • Assist with monthly HMIS data reporting and case file quality control
  • Register Veterans for the SSVF Exit Surveys upon discharge
  • Maintains an internal list of Veterans used to support the SSVF Master List
  • Assists the Program Coordinator in case assignment distributions from various referral sources
  • Serves as the administrative point-of-contact for HUD-VASH and GPD referrals for SSVF services.
  • Participates in assigned meetings and trainings as related to program. Participates in the implementation and ongoing development and continuous improvement of the program.
  • Ensures immediate and thorough communication to supervisor of any program problems and provides recommended resolution to identified problem. Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that fosters good relationships with customers, Veteran clients, external colleagues and management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of entitlement programs and program regulations, federal, state and community resources and expertise in navigating these resources.
  • Commitment to the mission of Catholic Charities.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Personal transportation required.
  • Workable knowledge of office software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or human services, or 5-10 years related experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Good oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to write clearly and proficiently for completion of documentation
  • Bilingual preferred (English /Spanish)
