Are you experienced in Procurement and interested in a full-time temporary position that is HYBRID with 1 day on site and 4 days remote?
We are seeking a Procurement Buyer for a Cambridge MA location for an outstanding organization.Schedule : Hybrid : Monday Friday 8 : 30am 5 : 00 pm, will work on campus once / week (usually Mondays) and work remotely the rest of the weekSalary : $40.
This role will work with new and existing suppliers.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcure goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targetsProcess requisitions with accuracy and speedReview acceptable contract arrangements that include unique terms and conditions applicableProvide opportunities to reduce costs by referring internal customers to existing Preferred suppliersServe as a liaison between suppliers and individual departmentsMonitor supplier performance by tracking the integrity of pricing, deliverables, and customer serviceAssist internal customers with due diligence paperworkPosition Requirements : At least two years’ experience in the procurement fieldExperience procuring lab equipment, chemicals and laboratory servicesKnowledge of Coupa System is a strong plus Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and ExcelMust possess a high level of commitment to customer service, demonstrated ability to work as part of a teamA proven capability to handle multiple priorities and to ensure timely follow through and detail-orientedWho you’ll be working for : Masis Professional Group is dedicated to matching talent to opportunity.
