Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them promptly
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Experience in guest services within the food service industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and Aloha POS system is a plus
- Willingness to assist and engage with guests effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
