Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

Job Description: As a Retail Merchandiser at Pemberton Farms, you will play a key role in curating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are attractively displayed, well-organized, and effectively marketed throughout the store. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of consumer preferences will be essential in driving sales and enhancing our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop merchandising strategies that align with our brand identity and target market.

Visual Merchandising: Design visually appealing displays and product layouts that highlight key features, promotions, and seasonal offerings.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate product availability.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, offering product recommendations, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including shelving, signage, and display areas, to create an inviting and functional shopping environment.

Sales Analysis: Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize product placement and assortment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the food or grocery industry.

Strong creative and visual merchandising skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.

Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Passion for food and an appreciation for quality ingredients and culinary trends.
