- 5-10 years of Field Service Manager experience
- Experience with medical/biotech devices
- Ability to travel up to 70% domestically
- Related field service experience in troubleshooting equipment/technical support/ customer service/dispatch experience
- Ability to travel, work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Strong customer service skills, positive attitude, and ability to communicate with others clearly and tactfully
- Excellent communication, customer interaction and phone interaction skills required
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
