Our business is growing and we’re seeking individuals for Retirement Plan Specialist roles to drive retirement plan designs for our clients. 

What You’ll Do

  • Recommend appropriate changes to retirement plan designs and administrations features based on industry trends and regulatory compliance 
  • Partner with client’s third party administrators to implement approved plan changes
  • Support the creation and implementation of communication strategies and materials for client employees
  • Prepare plan reviews and materials for trustee and investment committee meetings to fulfill fiduciary responsibilities 
  • Collect, manage and ensure client filers are updated, including relevant plan documents and policies 
  • Own general client and specific projects, i.e. de-conversions, plan amendments, profit sharing contributions, Safe Harbor campaigns, distributions, loans, rollovers, vesting, statements and daily questions
  • Report weekly to management, summarizing account management, investment committee meetings, client concerns and sales opportunities
  • Develop new business opportunities through referrals, client contacts, marketing campaigns, cold calling and networking 

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fi360 experience
  • 5 years of relevant work history
  • Series 6,7 and/or 66 FINRA license
  • Life, Accident and Health license will be required 3 months after being hired
  • Proficiency with Morningstar, RedTail, Asset Map, Microsoft Office 
  • Relationship Management and Customer Service Focus
