Kforce has a client that is seeking Financial Reporting Production Analysts in Boston, MA.Duties Include :

• Financial Reporting Production Analysts will collect, analyze, and arrange financial information to create yearly audited financial statements, such as the balance sheet and income statement
• Handle a high-volume invoicing (12 a week) and reviewing work across different funds, including tasks after the operations team approves them
• Help review and match up data provided by the accounting team
• Double check numbers to make sure the financial statements are correct
• Compare data with templates to ensure everything is complete and accurate
• As a Financial Reporting Production Analyst, you will look at different versions to spot any changes or updates
• Make sure everything is delivered on time and accurately
• Assist with questions during audits by providing documents and explanations
• Connect with Financial Reporting Team to address any feedback

Requirements

• Must have understanding of financial reporting
• Must understand GAAP
• High attention to detail
• Moderate Excel (V-lookups is a plus, not needed)
• Private Equity experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
