Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Cambridge, MA (hybrid - 2 days/week on-site)
Contract: 3 months ( possible extensions
Pay rate: $42.03
Description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Harvard manager to assist with and coordinate digital marketing and advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with Harvard managers to identify marketing goals, audiences, and messaging, and research and recommend available markets and channels.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the development of digital marketing plans and related deliverables
Produce digital marketing copy and content as needed
Coordinate production of non-digital aspects of marketing campaigns
Review deliverables from ad agencies, third-party designers, or other creatives for acceptability relative to requirements, expectations, and brand standards
Qualifications:
Top technical and soft skills: Strategic thinking, technical proficiencies, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid knowledge and on-the-job experience with paid and owned social media, podcast sponsorship, digital display, and email advertising
Experience with paid search, search engine optimization, and web analytics
Intermediate or better proficiency in typical Microsoft Office products
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Photoshop
Experience with web analytics tools
Additional skills with products like Salesforce CRM may be helpful
