Dawoud Kazimee with Robert Half is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team in the Investment Advisory industry. Based in Camas, Washington, this role will see you working closely with various teams to oversee budgets, financial statement preparation, and financial reporting for 50 different funds. This position is not a typical debits/credits type of role and will require a lot of critical thinking and collaboration with different groups.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage budgeting processes for 50 different funds• Prepare and review financial statements in a timely and accurate manner• Handle financial reporting duties and ensure all reports are compliant with industry standards• Collaborate with various groups for the effective management of financial operations• Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and enhance financial processes• Utilize your skills in Fund Accounting, CPA Firm, and CPA Designation to contribute to the team's success• Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting data by conducting regular audits and analyses• Assist in the development of financial strategies and contribute to the overall financial goals of the organization• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all accounting practices.Salary Range: 60k-80kBonus: yes, discretionary Benefits Medical: yes fully covered for employee and familyVision: yesDental: yesLife & Disability Insurance: yesRetirement Plans (401K, pension, etc): yes Paid Time Off **Number of days a hired applicant can expect.Paid Vacation: 20Paid Holidays: 9Sick leave: included in 20 paid vacation.
