AP Specialist
We are working with a local, private, and family-owned company that is experiencing tremendous success and has an immediate opening for a team-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their onsite team in Vancouver, Washington. With strong accounting leaders, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company where business is booming!
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume accounts payable functions.
- Perform weekly check runs.
- Respond to payment and vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry for accounting transactions.
Qualifications
- High-volume full process AP experience.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting processes.
- Construction or similar industry, 3-way match, and/or multi-entity experience a plus.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly; familiarity with Concur or similar a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Can-do attitude, effective multi-tasker, dedicated, and prioritizes accuracy.
