Saas Labs US Inc. is Hiring a Remote Talent Acquisition Lead

At SaaS Labs, we're on the lookout for a seasoned TA Lead who can take charge of our technical recruitment. With a knack for building and nurturing high-performing teams, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to source top-notch talent for Engineering and Product roles. Your role will involve leading and actively participating in the hiring process, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders, and refining our recruitment tactics to stay ahead of the curve. Qualification:
  • At least 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hiring for Engineering and Product roles.
  • Proven experience in leading a recruitment team.
  • Proficiency in data-driven hiring practices to ensure consistent fulfillment of ongoing requirements.
  • Prefernce for candidates working in the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead and actively participate in the recruitment process for all Engineering & Product roles.
  • Spearhead hiring for senior/leadership positions, and specialized roles such as AI and ML Engineers.
  • Create and refine job descriptions and postings to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with the company's needs and culture. Draft, review and record Offer Agreements and maintain accuracy in internal tracking systems throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop job kits and design a thorough evaluation process, ensuring a fair and positive candidate experience throughout.
    Generate stakeholder reports, conduct data analysis, and provide pipeline analytics to Hiring Managers, facilitating data-driven decision-making and optimizing recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to calculate pass-through ratios, analyze data, and refine strategies for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee team hiring efforts, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Establish and track targets weekly to monthly to monitor progress effectively.
  • Collaborate with recruitment partners such as HackerEarth, Instahyre, LinkedIn, etc., to address team issues and enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners and drive closures as and when required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the tech sector, to drive innovation and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Skills:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing for engineering and product roles.
  • Previous experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing hiring metrics and data.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Instahyre, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing evaluation methods for technical roles.
  • Understanding of engineering and product development processes to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies tailored to engineering and product hiring needs.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in recruitment practices.
