You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, execute strategies, and measure results. Your day-to-day: Drive cross-functional collaboration to set clear priorities and ensure accountability for execution. Support the EVP and General Manager by leading strategy sessions and managing the group's performance scorecard. Lead key initiatives that support business performance, such as employee engagement, workforce planning, and organization design. Coordinate with Business Operations teams across the company to ensure alignment around goals and deliverables.
