Southport Engineered Systems is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales
- Generate appointments and sales for Southport Home Services products & services by converting inbound inquires to sales, and making multiple outbound calls
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry in our systems
- Answer incoming sales calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments and other inquirers
- Makes sales recommendations for products and/or services
- Provide weekly reports on progress to the Sales Manager
- Create & post daily content for all our social media platforms
- Help design and promote current marketing promotions
- Perform follow-up calls with existing customers and outstanding estimates
- Build relationships with clients and convert inbound leads
- Participate in lead generating company events and home shows
- Set high personal goals to achieve success in this role by being ambitious and motivated
- Assist with marketing planning
- Develop digital marketing content for our social media platforms
- Perform all other duties assigned to this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or equivalent preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience selling services to consumers by phone preferred
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to learn and communicate heating and cooling products and services. (HVAC or plumbing experience not required)
- Organized with attention to detail and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willing to relocate
