Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst will be a critical interface between the operations and commercial teams. This individual will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing our global inventories of produced medical devices in support of our global Sales forecast. This includes frequent evaluation of safety stock levels, determining optimal targets to deliver on customer expectations. The Supply Chain Analyst will also analyze data for decision making on accurate forward-looking demand forecast to drive the committed to supply plan for the Company.
In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity to drive:
  • Utilize data analytics tools (PBI, tableau) to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements related to demand, supply, and inventory planning.
  • Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, safety stock, optimal inventory, and supply plans to ensure timely availability of products to meet customer expectations.
  • Communicate product availability and inventory levels with the commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functionally and facilitate portions of the global S&OP process and carry an “Unbridled Product Supply” mindset daily for commercial partners.
  • Facilitate alignment with commercial team prior to S&OP meeting to ensure consensus and a ‘one number attitude.’
  • Complete analysis as required to support S&OP data gathering and drive process improvements, using PowerBI or other systems.
What You Need to Succeed in This Position
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, with a focus on operations.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as Excel, and other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, IFS a plus)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to self-manage time and performance against deadlines.
