Service Center CSCS TX Job Summary This role is primarily responsible for maintaining and ensuring effective management of the Workday Learning Management System (LMS). The individual in this role will be an expert in understanding Workday to provide creative solutions on how to utilize Workday LMS to help Caliber achieve our purpose for teammates to maximize their potential. Responsibilities would include, but not limited to designing strategies for creating learning paths and plans that are easy for the user, integrating with other vendors where appropriate, testing and posting new content, troubleshooting technical issues, and designing and communicating reports on training completions in a simplified way. Additionally, utilizing Workday learning tools to create assessments within training and report on assessment performance. Essential Job Responsibilities Lead all administrative and technical aspects of Workday LMS system, including uploading content, creating courses & curricula, testing, assigning, maintaining, and reporting on learning content. Responsible for developing and managing training reports and providing in a timely fashion with summaries, dashboards and prepare key metrics. Responsible for archiving courses and curriculums, maintain course catalog. Support LMS maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete Help Desk tickets within required SLAs. Provide guidance for lines of businesses on how to leverage the system for learning campaigns and support business requirements around teammate development. Perform routine audits on learning content to ensure performance and quality assurance. Work with third-party content providers, and e-learning vendors to ensure content functions. Stay current with Workday upgrades and system releases to enhance functionality and user experience. Will partner with IT and Workday support on system upgrades. Make recommendations for future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience. Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in the administration and responsibility of a Learning Management System, preferably Workday Learning. Demonstrated proficiency in Workday required. Reporting and analysis experience required, advanced MS Excel skills. Technical skills including troubleshooting, and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Ability to collaborate with others at all levels within the organization, as well as vendors. Ability to acquire new technical skills quickly. Effective customer service skills with a positive attitude. Effective working as part of a team and/or independently. SharePoint experience highly preferred. Knowledge of online learning and web/cloud-based applications. Knowledge of principles and practices of training and adult learning, highly preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience with e-learning (e.g., Cornerstone, Saba, etc.), course authoring software is preferred (e.g., Articulate). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
