Our team is looking for a Project Manager to join them. You will report to the TC Value Stream Director and will have an onsite work schedule in Creedmoor, NC. To be considered for the Project Manager role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: Experience working in the aerospace industry or technically related field. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or science A minimum of 3 years of project management experience. Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers while troubleshooting and coordinating project goals with multiple parties. Experience with project management tools such as Kanban, Scrum, and Gantt charts, and software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Trello. PMP Certification is desirable. Familiar with small aircraft programs and the various business group functional areas and working dynamics. Familiar with social media/marketing/sales of small aircraft companies and developing growth. Knowledge of general engineering procedures. Familiar with Aircraft OEM documents – Drawings, SRM, AMM, WDM, IPC, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, CMM’s Some knowledge of FAA regulatory and certification requirements As a Project Manager, you will: Project focal for coordinating Type Certificates (TC) engineering tasks/programs for Twin Commander and Metro/ Merlin aircraft. Identifies project goals, objectives, and scope, creating project plans that outline the tasks. timelines, and resources required to complete the project. Communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that projects stay on track. Manage customer meetings as required. Manages daily tasks associated with engineering projects. Coordinate business development support for technical projects. Support the Value Stream (VS) Director in development of technical team strategy/ growth. Reports on VS metrics for the TC Engineering Team. Coordinate external technical support consultants, business agreements, NDA, contracts, SOW, BOE, and WBS. Manage tracking and task coordination of technical queries/ issues from internal and external customers.
