Guide prospects through our senior living options, screen leads, schedule tours, coordinate clinical eligibility, and execute admissions.

Compensation:

Base Salary is dependent upon experience. Works 40 hours each week over a 5 day period including evenings and weekends to accommodate prospect schedules.

Education:

Experience in Senior Living industry; College courses for hospitality, real estate, marketing or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

3 years documented history of selling to seniors in a quota driven environment. Experience in the senior living industry required. You must have the ability to:

• Assess prospect situations and quickly develop solutions based upon needs.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships in a multi-stakeholder sale.
• Deliver results while working in a highly independent environment.
• Multi-task (ie., communicate on the phone and take notes on the computer).
• Keep data and schedules organized with strong computer and typing skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for revenue goals based upon our fees; Responsible for converting leads into move-ins.
• Very knowledgeable about our senior living options in addition to the competition.
• Develop excellent relationships with staff and referral sources, so regular visits may be required in order to make high-quality matches.
• Focus on moving prospects into one of our communities by understanding their unique needs and demonstrating an intimate knowledge of the senior living market.
• Build relationships and educate prospects during the referral process and ensure that prospects understand the value of our community throughout their senior living search.
• Manage the sales process by guiding prospects through their search process with strong post-referral follow up.
• Understand community offerings, resident requirements, and admissions process.
• Manage lead pipeline on a daily basis and accurately record all contacts to ensure up-to-date prospect information and status, as well as maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Conduct competition knowledge visits to maintain knowledge of the senior living options in this area
