Open Position: In Office Sales Rep w/ PAID TRAINING
Paid Training:
1 week in-class training average 1-3 months of hands-on training and development as a lead generator. During this time, you will learn everything about the energy industry and our proven process to sell over the phone.
Once you meet our minimum quotas, you can be promoted to Sales Rep/ Energy Broker!
2023 Average Promotion Time Frame:
- Top performers take an average of 1-2 months to be promoted!
- Average performers take an average of 2-3 months to be promoted.
Pay-Per-Performance Model:
- $15-$25/hour
Sales Rep/ Energy Broker:
As a Sales Rep/ Energy Broker, you will generate your own leads, be assigned pre-generated leads, and close your own deals! You have full autonomy in setting your own pay, based on your performance, and will have continued room for growth in our sales department!
Pay-Per-Performance Model:
- $15-$30/hour Uncapped Commission
2023 Average Earnings:
- Top Performers: $80k / year
- Average Annual Earnings: $55k / year
- Average Monthly Commission $1500-$3000
Additional Room for Growth
Renewal Representative:
- Renewal Reps are responsible for calling our current customers to renew their current contracts within their renewal window.
Pay-Per-Performance Model:
- $17-$30 per hour based on production plus uncapped commission
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Integrity Energy pays 75% of monthly premiums for employees, and 50% of monthly premiums for dependents.
- Eligible after 90 days.
- 401k with match. Integrity Energy will match 50% of your contributions up to 8%. Eligible after 90 days.
- Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays eligible after 1 year.
