Robert Half is Hiring a Help Desk Analyst Near City of Industry, CA
Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of various IT equipment including Desktops, Laptops, MacBooks, Printers, Phones, Tablets, and Audio/Video conferencing devices.
- Monitor ticket portal and allocate tickets to the appropriate IT resources.
- Ensure accurate deployment of IT equipment and update inventory documentation.
- Install and support application software including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project, email, Infor XA Powerlink, Green Screen, Adobe, antivirus software, Ring Central, Microsoft Team, SharePoint.
- Configure printer software/firmware, assist in basic maintenance & repairs for network/local/label printers.
- Monitor and verify the functionality of windows server, domain controller, file server & and software components installed on windows server.
- Assist in Windows AD administration & management which includes creating, modifying, deleting user/group profiles, assigning file/folder permissions.
- Assist in office 365 portal administration & management which includes creating, modifying, deleting user/group profiles, distribution list.
- Open incidents with hardware/application software providers or vendors as needed and resolve issues as per recommendations.
- Perform imaging tasks and other IT-related duties as assigned by the manager.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a help desk analyst role within the manufacturing industry
- Proven proficiency with Citrix Technologies
- Experience with Database management and EO/IR systems
- Familiarity with Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Computer Hardware
- Demonstrated skills in Configuration Management
- Experience in Deskside Support and Desktop Hardware
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
