Effortless Renovations is Hiring an In-Home Sales Representative Near Citrus Heights, CA
**Overview:**
We are seeking motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join our in-home sales team for the home improvement industry. This is a performance-based role where you will have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions through successful sales of our roofing and window products.
**Duties:**
- Attend 2-3 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per day
- Perform thorough inspections and assessments of the client's home
- Present our roofing and window solutions, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
- Effectively demonstrate product features and answer client inquiries
- Negotiate and close sales deals with homeowners
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
**Skills:**
- Proven track record in direct sales or in-home sales experience
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and presentations
- Knowledge of home improvement products and industry trends (preferred)
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
