We are in search of a proactive Accounting Manager to join our healthcare team in Chula Vista, California. This role involves overseeing various accounting functions, such as accounts payable and payroll processing, within a fast-paced environment. The individual will also be responsible for month-end close processes, account reconciliation, and assisting with quarterly audits. Responsibilities • Review and set up check runs for accounts payable• Scrutinize payroll for discrepancies and process necessary payroll entries• Handle the processing of accruals and prepaids for month-end close• Provide pertinent support during quarterly audits according to the provided PBC list• Undertake Ad Hoc process improvement projects• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting functions• Implement your knowledge of biotechnology in the accounting processes• Manage account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in accounting records• Monitor and execute check runs as required.
