Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Strong background in Scrum.
- Experience with scale (ideally SAFe).
- Experience with RTE.
- Ability to facilitate Big Room Planning.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience using Jira.
- Strong analysis skills to analyze product structure, team compliance, agile transformation progress, impediment themes, end to end delivery in a complex environment.
- Ability to coach team level up to senior leadership level
- Strong leadership skills to guide the product and to guide scrum masters supporting the product
- CSM, SAFe, Kanban, or any other similar certifications. (Preferred)
