Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and processes
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining calendars for staff employee records
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office maintenance needs
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Utilize Peachtree for basic accounting tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in phone systems, schedule management, front desk operations, vendor management, and human resources
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with calendar management software
