PRIMARY PURPOSE: Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of the Homeowner Association members, visitors, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support Member Services.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
1. Promptly, accurately, professionally, and courteously receive 100% of all telephone calls and visitors.
2. Promptly, accurately, professionally, and courteously assess 100% of received calls/inquiries and direct and/or record and relay messages.
3. Oversee daily collections of annual dues and record keeping for amenity season passes, rental and replacement badge revenue.
4. Issue photo gate passes to qualified members, renters, employees and contractors.
5. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of and adhere to Association policies, procedures, and governing documents.
6. Maintain confidentiality of organization fiscal and personnel related information.
7. Respect confidentiality in discussing members, staff, volunteers and organizational matters.
8. As needed, assists all Managers and Directors with clerical tasks to include typing, filing faxing, etc.
9. Process new homeowners and long term renters; update records for same.
10. Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
11. Maintain homeowner files.
Available Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of all office procedures.
3. Knowledge of personal computers.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be available to work evenings and weekends if required.
