• Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of concession items, including snacks, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and other refreshments, in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
• Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit card payments, and providing change as needed. Maintain proper cash handling procedures and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction with their purchases. Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of concession items, restocking as needed to ensure availability throughout the event. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, rotating stock, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in concession areas.
• Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards, including proper food handling, storage, and disposal procedures. Maintain cleanliness of concession stands, equipment, and work areas, following health and safety regulations at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other concessions team members, as well as with bartenders, cooks, and management, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Assist in setting up and breaking down concession stands before and after events.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
