Our portfolio consists of single family homes, condominiums, multi-family homes, and commercial and retail properties. Duties
- Assist Property Manager in maintaining high property occupancy and resident retention
- Assist in marketing, showing and leasing rental properties
- Coordinate open houses
- Provide guidance and support to tenants throughout the real estate leasing process
- Assist in documentation and tracking of tenant maintenance requests
-Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and changes in regulations
- Maintain accurate and updated records of rental property listings and transactions
Experience
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
- Desire to gain knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and administrative processes
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with tenants and our team members
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tenants, properties, and transactions simultaneously
