Job Summary
This is a full-time position that requires 35-40 hours/week in our South San Francisco/Chongqing office. The major responsibility of an Accountant is to analyze data, finance reports, budgets, tax returns, and accounting records.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to CEO and board members.
- Periodically prepare financial reports, budget reports, payroll, revenue, and profit forecasting.
- Manage account payable account and Processing payment to vendors.
- Processing monthly bill payments.
- Prepare quarterly and annual entity level tax basis financial statements, and work with CPA firm to process the tax return.
- Bookkeeping and Prepare monthly general ledger journal entries.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above, a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of computers: Quickbook, MS Office (Word, Excel), and other applicable accounting software
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a team
- Strong time management and organization skills
