This is fun practice with an excellent mentor and team members! This role is an integral part of the office team with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. He/she works closely with patients and clinical team members, coordinates appointments, manages schedules and patient flow, and assists patients with financial arrangements. The Benefit/Treatment Coordinator also reaches out to patients on a daily basis and is seen as a key point of contact internally and externally. The Treatment Coordinator is the face of the practice!
