Overview :

The Company specializes in the design, manufacturing and sales of premium land clearing and road construction equipment. We are looking for a Parts Sales Manager .

This role is responsible to qualify and maintain contact with customers to increase sales of replacement parts for its various product lines as well as supervision of the Sales team.

• Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts in the USA territory through wide array of channels to reach and onboard new customers.
• Manages 2 Sales Representatives within the department and ensures they are trained and manages performance management systems to endures a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Manage an account base of 400 accounts, develop sales strategies, proposals, demos and forecasts.
• Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports and customer correspondence.
• Develop a territory management plan in order to seek new business and enhance customer retention. Respond to customer concerns or requests
• Keep cadence with customer base on either a weekly, monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3-5 years of parts sales management for heavy equipment industry and customer service-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred
• Must have sufficient mechanic knowledge to understand customer heavy equipment
• Strong customer service skills, computer, time management, etc.
• Must have sales skills to help the customer and to overcome objections and close the sale.
• Travel up to 20% required
