Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct energy assessments to understand customer energy needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of energy solutions
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Knowledge of energy solutions and energy management principles
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
