Talentry is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer whocan review RFQs and RFP orders and contracts in order to implement Advanced ProductQuality Planning (APQP) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) andthe zero-defect plans (ZDP.)
ThisQuality Professional will review NCR’s to identify causes and recommendcorrective actions. He or she will also conduct internal audits to ensure compliance,and manage the change management with respect to specifications, manufacturinginstructions, drawings, and other similar items.
Thisperson will investigate failures and deviations and ensure conformance of partsand processes. He or she will train junior staff and assist the manufacturingand engineering staff to optimize quality, performance, compliance, andreliability.
Requirements
BS in Engineering, or similar.
5 years of related experience.
Exposure to compliance paradigms such as ISO 9001, Mil-STD-790,AS9100 and similar.
Excellent communication and documentation experience.
Ability to work from the corporate office in Buena Park, CA.
