Billing Specialist - Fleming Electric, Inc. headquartered in Bryant, AR is an Electrical Contractor & we are seeking a new team member to work in a fast-paced billing position.

• Creating time & material invoices to be approved by department managers 
• Creating invoices for quoted projects
• Upload invoices into customer billing portals
• Communicate & collaborate with team members to resolve billing questions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Excellent computer & typing skills
• Excellent organization and critical thinking skills
• Familiar with creating & maintaining Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
• Strong Communication skills, including writing skills
• Good time management & prioritization skills
• Self motivated
• Experience in construction industry a plus
• SAGE 100 software experience a plus
