The Manor Assisted Living Community is Hiring a Dietary Aide Near Bryant, AR

Working 10:00 am - 6:30 pm shifts, and being flexible on the day's schedule, is required by the dietary department.
The Manor is a premier assisted living facility in Benton, AR, that offers a full range of services and amenities to our residents. We are looking for a full-time experienced dietary aide to join our friendly and professional staff. As a dietary aide, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the cook in preparing and serving delicious and nutritious meals and snacks for our residents, following federal/state regulations and dietary department policies and procedures.
- Setting up and cleaning the dining room, food carts, trays, and dishes, ensuring a sanitary and pleasant dining experience for our residents.
- Receiving and storing food and supplies, following proper inventory and safety procedures.
- Working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and previous institutional dietary service experience.
- The ability to read, understand, and follow recipes, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments.
- The ability to measure and prepare food items, operate dietary equipment, and perform cleaning duties, using good motor coordination and manual dexterity.
