Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor food quality and consistency to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of bartending, coffee preparation, banquet operations, or food production is a plus
