HASA is Hiring a Production Manager Near Bryan, TX
- Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
- Liaise with Plant Manager to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of supplies etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Provide direction and schedules to the production department.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly goals, communicating them effectively to employees
- Oversee employees and coach them effectively.
- coaching and training skills to onboard new employees, including instruction on safety, e.g. how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
