Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leader in the HVAC industry, has an opening for an Operations Manager at our facility located in Bryan, OH.
For over 100 years, Bard Manufacturing Company has been a family owned and operated company, leading the HVAC industry in the modular, classroom, equipment shelter, and other light commercial markets. With production facilities in Ohio, Georgia, and Mexico, we service our customers both nationwide and internationally by designing and manufacturing cutting-edge engineered products.
Scope and Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager supervises and directs the day-to-day team efforts, activities, and operations of the Bryan assembly lines, fabrication departments, and shipping department to assure that the highest quality product is being produced on time in the most efficient manner within a safe and clean work environment. This position must represent and demand adherence to the Bard Mission Statement and the Bard Quality Policy which in summary states that Bard Bryan, Ohio will strive for continuous improvement in flexibility, quality, customer satisfaction and cost reduction while remaining profitable and committed to operating the facility with the highest ethical standards.
