Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide technical support to the manufacturing team and ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Conduct cost analysis and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project status reports, project plans, and project schedules.
- Ensure that all projects comply with Stage Gate processes and are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in Chemical, Plant, Safety, OSHA regulations, Polymer technology, Facility management, Capex, and Petrochemical production.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in Project Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical background in Chemical, Plant, and Safety engineering.
- Expertise in OSHA regulations, Polymer technology, Facility management, Capex, Stage Gate processes, Project Engineering, Cost analysis, and Petrochemical production.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
