Cavalier Cleaners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our drop off store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Duties:
- Oversee all store operations and ensure they run smoothly

- Create a monthly schedule for team members
- Manage and motivate a team to give their best to our customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash register operations and reconcile daily sales

Experience:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Hours : The manager is required to work

Monday - Friday from 12noon - 7pm

* must handle call offs, we are currently staffed and have Saturdays covered. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays.
