Our Home Health Agency is looking to hire an RN Intake Coordinator to join our team Full Time.
Job Pay:
- $35 - $50 an Hour
- Pay is Based on Experience, Degrees, and Certifications
Job Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 830am - 430pm
- Work 1 Weekend Per Month
Location:
- We are a Home Health Agency
- You will NOT Travel in this role
- You will work at our Hospital Site
Job Description:
- Assess Patients' Home Health Care Needs
- Coordinate Referrals to Home Care
Job Qualifications:
- Valid RN License in State
- 2 Years Community Health
- 1 Year Home Health Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
