Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Technician at TECH-NET CONSULTING GROUP. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure and networks. This role may require occasional remote work, with the majority of work being conducted on-site at our location in Brownsville, TX.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in providing training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with hardware and software installations
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Security )
Proficiency in networking technologies and familiarity with HIPAA regulations would be beneficial for this role.
