Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record of success in business development.
Duties
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for business growth.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage client information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote company products or services.
Experience
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning is preferred.
