May be directed by the Dietetic Services Director and/or Assistant Dietetic Services Director, to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times. DIETARY COOK QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
• Knowledge of Department of Health Rules and Regulations
• At Least 1 Year Experience in a Related Position Required
