MDS REGISTERED NURSE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a New York State approved nursing school and currently registered in the State of New York as a Licensed Registered Nurse
• MDS Certification; or must obtain within 6 months
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Good Organizational skills
• Must have and maintain the ability to act and make decisions independently
• Knowledge of MDS completion and submission
• Previous MDS experience preferred
