Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Representative will primarily focus on data entry tasks while supporting the sales team in achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter sales-related data into our CRM system, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.
  • Lead Management: Assist in managing and organizing leads generated through various channels, including inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to answer inquiries, provide product information, and facilitate the sales process.
  • Order Processing: Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners to foster loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
