This is an in-person role in our NYC office with some flexibility to work remotely.
About The RoleAsh Wellness is looking for a meticulous and driven operations associate with experience in medical supply chain and/or warehouse management. This person should be familiar with the day-to-day processes, terminology, and practices of medical supply sourcing and warehouse management. The Operations Analyst (Logistics) will be responsible for keeping the physical product flowing through Ash’s warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Daily support of the warehouse team
- Point of contact for CS/Ops team's warehouse requests
- Track and manage inventory at warehouses
- Prepare regular demand forecasting analyses for accurate sourcing
- Track purchase orders, invoices and receiving documentation
- Supply inventory data to accountants for COGs
- Manage standing orders of supplies
- Negotiate pricing with vendors
- Work with the design team to source printed materials
- Work with labs to source reagents/media
- Work with manufacturers to source custom kit components
- Draft, organize, and document kit BOMs
- Work with the patient experience team to refine kit manufacturing
- Extremely organized
